Instructions for Use 1. Mix 10ml of eyelash concentrate with 50ml of distilled water in a 60ml foaming pump bottle. 2. Shake well to achieve a normal thick and foamy consistency. 3. Apply a proper amount of cleanser on the eyelid and lashes. 4. Gently massage for 15 seconds. 5. Wipe off the remaining foam with makeup pads or tissues. 6. Repeat the cleansing process if makeup or debris remains on the lashes.

Please ensure to dilute the concentrate according to the 1:5 ratio provided. This product can also be referred to as a serum and needs to be mixed with distilled water before use.
